Chocolate coconut power balls - CNSLab
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of nuts
- 12 pitted dates, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup for rolling
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 1 ½ tbls cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbls water
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients until they are well mixed and pour them into a food processor. Pulse until they are roughly chopped
- Spoon out the mixture and roll into balls
- Coat each ball in the 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
- Place on a baking sheet in the fridge until they harden (approximately 30 minutes)
- Store in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
