We created CNSLab because so many of us live with signals our bodies send that we don’t fully understand. The discomfort after meals, the flare-ups, the sudden tiredness — they can leave us searching for answers. These symptoms are more common than we think. Our work is about translating what your gut is saying into something you’ll understand.

We were born over 35 years ago, and we’ve been successfully leading the food sensitivity testing industry ever since. Our design, manufacturing, testing and lab facilities are based just outside of Cambridge, UK. We hold full certifications ensuring every result you receive is accurate and reliable. CNSLab is a UK only laboratory service, and we supply and analyse all the tests we sell and manufacture for the UK market.
It’s also one of the ‘brands’ of Omega Diagnostics Ltd. Omega Diagnostics, located at the same site just outside Cambridge, exports food sensitivity tests to 63 countries all over the world, and supplies hundreds of testing laboratories. A true British success story.
