Upgrades and retests
Looking to test for more foods?
We know that many of our customers have found being able to choose our lower cost and ‘fewer foods’ tests useful as they cover a lot of the most widely eaten and problematic foods. However, when there’s lots of elevated foods in a report it can be hard to know which replacement foods are safe. In that scenario we’d suggest upgrading to a higher food panel within a maximum of 30 days of the analysis date. Particularly as we don’t usually recommend or accept retests for 9 months due to the long lifespan of the IgG antibody.
To request an upgrade simply contact us, fill in your details, tell us the test you had and the test you’d like to upgrade to.
It really is as simple as that.

We are frequently asked if we recommend retesting after the elimination period, which is ideally 9 months. This is due to the nature of IgG antibodies for which we test, which attach to the proteins in foods. Over time these antibodies from complex/large molecules that take months to break down once elimination has started. Retesting too early may not show a significant reduction in levels although symptoms may be alleviated.
