Your order is important to us. Our streamlined dispatch process ensures secure, timely delivery you can trust.
We know that after placing your order you will want your test kit dispatched as soon as possible. We are committed to providing you with the very best customer experience.
Timescales for same day dispatch
We are ready to take your orders from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday-Thursday and from 8.30am to 2.30pm on Friday. Orders outside of working hours will be processed the next working day. Please be aware that whilst we usually dispatch on the same day, certain elements remain outside of our control.

> FoodPrint and GutDetective The latest time for same day dispatch of kits is 1.00pm Monday – Friday
> Our single FoodPrint, FoodDetective and GutDetective kits are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class post
> Our professional use only FoodDetective multi-kits are dispatched by courier
Your order will be dispatched using our same day dispatch service if received before the times stated above.
While we aim to dispatch same day, delays which our outside of our control, may occur with delivery. Royal Mail, and our other logistics partners sometimes experience delays due to high volume of business, staff shortages and unusual weather conditions, which may cause some delay for some deliveries.
Omega Diagnostics Ltd cannot accept liability should this occur. We recommend that all of our customers consider this when ordering, and if possible order early so the kits are there when you need them.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and other remote areas can take longer.
If delivery falls on a public or bank holiday, it should arrive the next working day.
